When are classes?
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am - 9:00 am MST.
I am a yoga beginner- is that ok?
Yes! All levels are welcome to join the class. Modifications for poses are provided for all levels. 
What equipment do I need for my home practice?
You can start right away without any special equipment or expensive yoga mat. 

Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and that will not restrict your range of motion. 

A stretch or yoga mat is recommended to avoid slipping. It does not need to be expensive. 

Blocks can be used to help with proper posture and ease, however they are not necessary.

A bolster or blanket can be used for seated postures for comfort if desired.
How do I join the class?
Classes are delivered via Zoom. After subscribing, you will be sent a recurring Zoom link to join the class. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am MST.
How much does the monthly yoga membership cost?
The monthly subscription to Dr. Ivory's yoga class is $45/ month. You'll receive class reminders and video recordings following the class. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
