Which plan is right for me?
The answer - It depends on where you are now and where you want to be. 
With each 1:1 Coaching program you'll receive a Comprehensive Health Assessment (completed by you, reviewed by Dr. Ivory), a customized plan, progress tracking, resources and handouts tailored to your needs, and monthly health coaching sessions with Dr. Ivory. 

You have the flexibility to change plans. If, after the first month of our coaching sessions, you find that the current package doesn't fully align with your needs or preferences, we can explore alternative options.

I recommend the Basics plan for the person who has a really good sense of their health goals and requires less support. 

For the person who is highly motivated and prefers more guidance, select the Essentials package. This is the best for most people and a great place to start if you do not know where you fit.

And if you are the type of person who finds longer and more frequent conversations more helpful, and/or have tried it all and have seen no results, the Comprehensive plan will be the best option for you.
A three month commitment is highly recommended. 
Research shows it takes about 66 days to form a new habit and around 90 days to solidify a lasting change. By committing to 3-months, you're giving yourself the optimal timeframe needed to not only initiate but also embed these changes into your lifestyle.

Single 60-min Coaching Session
When all you want is a kickstart, I offer a single 60-min one-on-one coaching session. 

  • Comprehensive Health Assessment (completed by you, reviewed by Dr. Ivory)—we will discuss your health history, pinpoint your concerns and uncover your true goals.
  • One 60-minute personalized health coaching session with Dr. Ivory
  • Post session customized plan with recommendations and supporting materials.
